Miami Hotel Roof Damage
Hotel in Miami suffered roof damage after a nearby building’s elevator roof flew off with heavy wind and created a large hole in their roof.
Hotel in Miami had a gauge in roof. The hotel owner and Insurance company were back and forth for about 4 months because the insurance adjuster said the damage didn’t meet his $125,000 deductible. Tired of the back and forth, they called us. When we saw the damage, it was not a small hole, the hole was enormous! The elevator roof from a nearby condo had blown off and left a substantial hole, which damaged 3 units below and a truck. We did an estimate, and met and negotiated with the insurance adjuster to eventually get $625,000 past his deductible.
